Hello Vet London Fields is part of the Hello Vet group (with multiple branches mentioned in reviews). The clinic presents itself as “redesigned” veterinary care, with a focus on a calming set-up for anxious pets and strong client involvement (including instant WhatsApp advice/triage and same-day appointments, as stated on its website). Reviews repeatedly describe an approach that keeps owners closely involved around procedures: several mention being able to stay with pets before anaesthesia and be present for waking up afterwards (“Stay by their side” on the website), plus follow-up handled via WhatsApp (photos/texts with the nurse after surgery). Surgical care is a prominent theme in recent reviews—spays/neuters and same-day tumour removal are specifically described—with private rooms offered for difficult conversations.

I could not recommend more highly. We have a very poorly young dog and they have been absolutely fantastic with her and with us.

A truly pet centered vet practice. Our household is based in Clapton and this review is for both the Clapton branch and the LF main clinic. We've taken on the responsibility to care for one of our long standing neighbourshood strays. Full go with chip, vaccine and castration. This meant that our timings were wonky to say the least. The guy is an escape artist and yet the team accommodated and cancelled with no fees when he ran away the night before procedure . They were then able to book us in within 48hr understanding our struggle with our stray. Not only the prices are the most affordable in my experience in London (we are experienced pet parents), their approach is all about the pet's comfort. I was able to stay with Francesco (the stray cat) in the pre op, before and after surgery. The team was incredibly knowledgeable, genuinely obsessed with animals, empathetic with my tears (we've been looking after Francesco for two years, it's nice to make it official). I had lots of questions and was curious about everything, they were kind enough to explain every bit of the procedure to me. The post op check was so easy. A picture and some texts with the Nurse on shift and happy days. From an admin POV, appropriate use of WhatsApp! Zero stress. Before and after. From the first approach at Clapton to now, 24hrs post op. We're so impressed that we've decided to move our other cats from Goddard to Hello Vet. And many of our friends are also raving about Hello Vet. Ngl, I had my reservations about the "new hip cool spot". I thought it would be upscale and gimmicky. So happy I was so wrong! Thank you so much once again!

Fantastic service and caring staff and vets. Brought our pets here and we felt cared for from the time we reached out. The vets were also so kind and helped us ubderstand clearly what treatment our pets needed. Their clinics are also really well designed for both pets and pet owners. You can also communicate through whatsapp which makes appointments and documents really easy to keep track of.Really impressed!

All nurses and vets at Hello Vet are lovely and always took great care of our Labrador Bailey, whenever we had to bring him in for routine visits or, more recently, a surgery. I particularly appreciated the way they kept in touch during treatment and throughout recovery. It made it clear they truly cared and provided much comfort and reassurance to us. Thank you!

Absolutely 10/10 experience. I recently brought my kitten Florence in for her spay. I had an OPI procedure which meant I got to stay with her when she went to sleep and woke up after her surgery. It was really nice as I got to be there for her and it put me at ease. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming! Thank you to Mabel and Julia the Client Care Assistants who greeted me when I arrived, to Dr Holly the Veterinary surgeon who talked me through the procedure and to the nurses Anna, Ces and Michelle who helped monitor my kitty throughout and talked me through the recovery process. Having the WhatsApp service really helps too as if I have any worries I know hello vet is just a text away. Thank you Hello Vet for all you do for our pets 😄💕

We rushed our 14-year-old pup Coco to Hello Vet on a Tuesday morning, after first visiting their emergency vet the night before. The level of care she received was absolutely incredible. They quickly discovered her cancer and were able to remove it the very same day. When breaking the news to my mum and I, the team offered a private, calm room which made such a difficult moment a little easier to bear. They even allowed us to spend time with Coco while she was being given anaesthesia. Seeing her happy little face, calm and unafraid, before she drifted off to sleep before her operation made all the difference in the world. I want to give a special thank you to Joe, Saoirse, and the rest of the Hello Vet team for their compassion, professionalism, and genuine love for animals. Switching to your surgery was the best decision we’ve ever made for Coco and Chai. The way you care for both pets and their families is truly beautiful. Because of you, we have more precious time with my soul dog, Coco. For that, I will be forever grateful. 🐾 🤍

My little Cleft Palate puppy Biscuit had his neutering operation carried out at Hello Vet London Fields. The whole experience from start to finish was one which we will never forget - a huge thank you to Becky who administered Biscuit’s Anaesthesia and Tashy who carried out his operation - both were so kind and compassionate explaining the whole process to me so thoroughly so I knew what was happening and how the procedure will be carried out. I was so nervous about Biscuit because of his pre existing condition (cleft palate) but they both reassured me, explaining everything in detail with patience to put my mind at rest regarding the procedure. Biscuit really was in the best possible hands. We were given a private room prior to the operation, where I would stay with Biscuit up until the anaesthesia kicked in, and be there after for his waking up and recovery post op. Becky even went above and beyond to look after Biscuit whilst I quickly went home to walk my other two dogs. I can honestly say the whole experience was nothing short of magical for both Biscuit and myself as his owner. I cannot thank them enough. I have been with Hello Vet since Cookie’s pups were born and all three of my dogs are with registered with them. They truly are one of a kind in their service, care and compassion for both the pet and the owner and their transparency with pricing. I’ve never experienced anything like it before - and couldn’t recommend them enough! A vet who truly cares.

I love Hello Vet, we even had a near death experience after a violent reaction to a sedative, but they pulled the cat through and we have since been back with no issues (and no more anaesthetic!). The staff are all lovely, the premises are nicely designed and the facilities are state of the art.
