I took my French bull dog Skylah to Hello Vet as she was poorly with an ear infection. She had to be sedated as she was not cooperating with an examination. I found Dr Olivia and other Veterinary staff to be gentle, supportive and animal focused in their approach. The follow up service was excellent. I feel that there was genuine interest and care given in Skylah’s treatment and would definitely recommend Hello Vet, London Fields ☺️ Little Skylah has a so much better and had returned to he happy bubbly self 🤩

Have had nothing but amazing experiences at Hello Vet — especially when our reactive dog needed emergency stitches. Appointments are seamless and staff are knowledgeable and caring. It’s not the cheapest vet BUT the quality of care and the fact that you can WhatsApp them whenever makes it completely worth it. Also: for anyone with a difficult or reactive dog — it’s the only vet practice I’ve been to where staff listen to your concerns and have protocols in place (eg a separate quiet waiting room so we don’t need to be beside a miaowing cat!)

I almost can’t believe the service and genuine care that we receive from Hello Vet at London Fields. This place is different!! I originally picked this place because it looked cool and sounded like they offered all the services I wanted. But from the very first visit they have stood out. The lobby is bright and welcoming. Yummy treat jars! Smart, engaged doctors, nurses and techs. Such sweet staff and the communication is top notch. I feel like they are always there for us. It’s just different!! I’m so glad I found them. And special shout out to Heather for the extra special care during a tough time! You all are the best. Ola thanks you!

Really excellent expert care and thoughtful support. My dog needed a lot of dental treatment and the Hello Vet team were amazingly supportive and explained all possible options in great detail. They took all my anxieties on board and besides their expert professional treatment, provided the best wrap around care for my dog. Really appreciated, thank you so much!

I want to say thank you for the amazing service and the friendly atmosphere, clear prices and the text conversation, which was really convenient for me. My cat Vincent had his neutering procedure, which went smoothly for both of us 😂. I felt that he was really well cared for, and I even received some pictures of him, which made me feel much better. We also completed his vaccination course with you. Thank you again!

I had a really positive experience with Nick during my recent visit with my cat Plato. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and took the time to be very thorough in his examination and explanations. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the animals he treats, which immediately put both me and Plato at ease. Thank you, for such thoughtful care. Highly recommend. 🐾
